Alterations / Cancellations
Any alterations or cancellations must be communicated in writing. The deposit is non-refundable, except in specific extenuating circumstances. If the medical professional decides against the procedure after the initial consultation, a refund, minus the costs of pre-procedure tests and consultations, will be given.

Travel Documents
